Chiping Jingda Commerce and Trade Co.,Ltd was established in Oct.2013, specialized in manufacturing laminate flooring and SPC flooring. We are located in Liaocheng city, Shandong province, China.

Our factory covers an area of about 68,000 m² with more than 150 employees. We have 20 laminate flooring production lines and 10 SPC flooring production lines, the capacity is 100,0000 square meters monthly. Production Process

1. Mixing: PVC powder and calcium powder are mixed in a ratio of 1:3, and a catalyst is added at the same time

2. Extrusion:The wear-resistant layer, decorative paper and newly extruded SPC substrate are laminated at high temperature and high pressure to extrude a long SPC board, and then cut into long boards. At this time, it is necessary to released for 1-2 days, that is, to allow the SPC board to reach a balance with the external environment, so that it is not easy to deform after slotting.

3. UV coating: First apply the primer, cure it with UV light, then apply the topcoat, cure it with UV light again. Then cool it down with cold water to prevent the boards from sticking to each other.

4. Cutting and slotting: There is no separate cutting process, and cutting and slotting are carried out simultaneously. Cut the long side first and then the short side.

5. Underlay Foam: Underlay foam is conducive to SPC board more silent. The bottom pad has IXPE and EVA, IXPE is better.

6. Package: The last step is packaging. SPC board is relatively brittle, so it needs to be packaged in an outer box and a pallet to ensure that the board is not easily damaged during transportation.

SPC is made of a composite core construction, a step up-form solid LVT, with a higher filler content and higher density without any foaming agent creating air bubbles in the core.The result is a thinner, harder and stiffer plank.

1. Special grade UV treated layer

 The UV coating protects against excessive wear, provides superior clean ability, and provides superior stain resistance, prevents fading etc.

2.  High density resistant wear layer

Which gives the floor its resistance to stains and scratches, making them easy to clean. 

3. Printing film

The flooring patterns and the colors are printed on this layer. It makes the flooring look identical to natural materials like stone and wood.

4. Rigid core

This core is made from the limestone powder and stabilizer material, which makes the flooring rigidity and stability as well as waterproof.

5. Shock absorption underlay

Some customer would choose the SPC flooring coming with the attached underlay or not. The underlay mainly help to add softness to the flooring, and reduce the sound. There are so many choice for the underlay, such as IXPE, EVA  as well as the cork etc.

For clients opting solely for flooring, a 20GP container suffices. However, when customers opt for both flooring and accessories, it is generally recommended to utilize a 40GP or 40HQ container for optimal accommodation.
