Forest cover is decreasing year by year, and forests have great value for human survival. We cut down trees to make solid wood flooring, which is a decorative necessity in our lives. However, there is another option: Rigid SPC flooring.

This flooring represents a modern form of engineered flooring. Its raw materials are stone and polymer composites, and wood from forest land is no longer required. Advanced printing technology enables 3D graphic visualization and 4K clarity for each film type. The wood grain is very similar to real wood, with a variety of colors and annual rings.

Rigid vinyl SPC flooring is mainly composed of calcium powder. Through a high-temperature plasticizing process, the sheet is extruded, and then a decorative color film and wear-resistant layer are applied using a four-roll calendering technology. Rigid vinyl SPC flooring is treated with a water-cooled UV coating paint line and does not contain heavy metals and formaldehyde, making it a 100% environmentally friendly, formaldehyde-free choice.

Rigid core SPC luxury vinyl flooring has a unique high-tech transparent wear-resistant layer with a wear resistance of more than 8000rpm. In contrast, the wear resistance of laminate flooring ranges from 800 to 4000rpm, which makes rigid core SPC luxury vinyl flooring more durable than traditional flooring materials. Depending on the thickness, the wear layer of rigid coe SPC luxury vinyl flooring can last 5-10 years under normal conditions. As a result, SPC flooring is becoming increasingly popular in places with high traffic, such as hospitals, schools, office buildings, shopping malls, supermarkets and transportation hubs.

Company Profile

Chiping Jingda Commerce and Trade Co.,Ltd was established in Oct.2013, specialized in manufacturing laminate flooring and SPC flooring. We are located in Liaocheng city, Shandong province, China.

Our factory covers an area of about 68,000 m2with more than 150 employees. We have 20 laminate flooring production lines and 10 SPC flooring production lines, the capacity is 100,0000 square meters monthly. We have 10 steps quality checking to ensure premium flooring and perfect after-sales service system.

Packing and Shipping

The SPC flooring package is carton box, and can be customized based on the minimum order quantity (MOQ). Usually we use pallet package to ensure safe handling.

For shipping, a 20-foot general purpose (20GP) container is suitable when customers only order flooring. If they also order flooring accessories, a 40-foot general purpose (40GP) or a 40-foot high cube (40HQ) container would be more appropriate to accommodate the additional items.

Production Process

1. Mixing: PVC and calcium powder are carefully mixed in a precise ratio of 1:3, and a catalyst is added to initiate the chemical transformation.

2. Extrusion: The wear layer, decorated with decorative paper, is ingeniously fused with the newly extruded SPC substrate through a high-temperature and high-pressure lamination process. This results in seamless, slender SPC boards, which are then cut to the required length. Next comes the critical step of letting the board acclimate for 1-2 days to allow it to reach equilibrium with its surroundings, thereby minimizing deformation after slotting.

3. UV coating: To increase durability, a primer is first applied and cured using ultraviolet (UV) light. A top coat is then applied and cured again with UV light to increase floor stability. A subsequent cooling phase using cold water ensures that the board retains its individuality and prevents any unwanted adhesion.

4. Cutting and slotting: The simultaneous cutting and slotting technique, starting from the longitudinal edge and then continuing to the shorter side, ensures accuracy and efficiency in the manufacturing process.

5. Base foam: To enhance the acoustic performance of the floor, a base foam is integrated. Among all the options, IXPE (cross-linked polyethylene) foam is preferred as it has better noise reduction capabilities than EVA (ethylene-vinyl acetate) foam.

6. Packaging: The last step is to carefully pack the fragile SPC board in a sturdy outer box and secure it on a pallet to ensure its safe transportation and preservation from potential damage.

Q1: When can I get the price?

A1: We usually quote within 24 hours after we get your inquiry. If you are very urgent to get the price,  please call us or tell us in your email so that we will regard your inquiry priority.

Q2: Can I order a customized wood products?

A2: Yes, you can. Any size and design from you will be appreciated.

Q3: How about the MOQ of the order?

A3: Normally, we accept any quantity. However, for some special design, we have to set a MOQ.

Q4: What is the leading time and payment term?

A4: The leading time is about 15 days after getting the deposit. And payment term is T/T, 30% deposit of total amount, 70% before delivery.

Q5: How can I get a sample to check your quality?

A5: On the case of quotation confirmation.Sample will be free of charge for customer approval, freight collect.

Q6: How long can I expect to get the sample?

A6:It depends on, normally 5 days~10 days (including mould making time). Samples will be shipped by DHL, FedEx, UPS, TNT or EMS,etc.
