Application

SPC floor has a special slip resistance, and compared with ordinary ground materials, the floor touch is more astringent and more difficult to fall in the case of water. Therefore, SPC is the preferred ground decoration material in public places with higher public safety requirements, such as airports, hospitals, kindergartens, and schools, and has become very popular in China in recent years.

Chiping Jingda Commerce and Trade Co.,Ltd was established in Oct.2013, specialized in manufacturing laminate flooring and SPC flooring. We are located in Liaocheng city, Shandong province, China.

Our factory covers an area of about 68,000 m2 with more than 150 employees. We have 20 laminate flooring production lines and 10 SPC flooring production lines, the capacity is 100,0000 square meters monthly. We have 10 steps quality checking to ensure premium flooring and perfect after-sales service system. 

Production Process

1. Mixing: PVC powder and calcium carbonate are mixed in a ratio of 1:3, and a catalyst is added.

2. Extrusion: The wear layer, decorative paper, and newly extruded SPC substrate are pressed together under high temperature and pressure to form a slender SPC board, which is then cut into specified lengths. The boards must be left to rest for 1-2 days to reach equilibrium with the external environment, thereby minimizing deformation during subsequent slotting.

3. UV coating: First, the primer is applied and cured with UV light; then the topcoat is applied, also cured with UV light. Finally, cold water is used to cool to prevent the boards from sticking.

4. Cutting and slotting: There is no separate cutting process; instead, cutting and slotting are performed simultaneously - first along the long edges and then along the short edges.

5. Base foam: The use of base foam can enhance the sound insulation performance of SPC boards. The base pad options are IXPE and EVA, among which IXPE has better performance.

6. Packaging: The last step is packaging. Due to its brittle nature, SPC boards need to be protected by outer boxes and pallets to ensure safe transportation and no damage.

Packing and Shipping

SPC flooring is packed in cartons, which can be customized based on the minimum order quantity (MOQ). Usually we use pallet packing to ensure safe handling.

For transportation, when customers only order flooring, 20-foot general purpose container (20GP) is suitable. If they also order flooring accessories, 40-foot general purpose container (40GP) or 40-foot high cabinet (40HQ) is more suitable to accommodate other items.
