Chiping Jingda Commerce and Trade Co.,Ltd was established in Oct.2013, specialized in manufacturing laminate flooring and SPC flooring. We are located in Liaocheng city, Shandong province, China.

Our factory covers an area of about 68,000 m² with more than 150 employees. We have 20 laminate flooring production lines and 10 SPC flooring production lines, the capacity is 100,0000 square meters monthly. Packing and Shipping

The SPC flooring package is carton box, and can be customized based on the minimum order quantity (MOQ). Usually we use pallet package to ensure safe handling.

For shipping, a 20-foot general purpose (20GP) container is suitable when customers only order flooring. If they also order flooring accessories, a 40-foot general purpose (40GP) or a 40-foot high cube (40HQ) container would be more appropriate to accommodate the additional items.

1. UV Enhanced Coating

Treated with UV paint can effectively improve the floor's wear resistance, high temperature resistance, and anti- fouling performance.

2. Transparent Wear Layer

High coefficient wear layer can increase the service life of SPC flooring.

3. Printing Layer

Using high- definition digital imaging technology to scan and analyze the real wood texture at a macro distance, presenting the visual image of wood grain.

4. Substrate Balance Layer

Supporting the whole floor, and also have fire retardant performance with rate B1.

Product Parameters

Production Process

Mixing: A meticulous blend of PVC and calcium powder is undertaken in a precise 1:3 proportion, with a catalyst expertly incorporated to initiate the chemical transformation. 

Extrusion: The wear-resistant layer, adorned with a decorative paper, is expertly fused with the freshly extruded SPC substrate through a high-temperature and high-pressure lamination process. This results in a seamless, elongated SPC board, which is then cut to the desired lengths. A crucial step follows, where the boards are left to acclimate for 1-2 days, allowing them to attain equilibrium with their surroundings, thereby minimizing post-slotting deformation. 

UV Coating: To enhance durability, a primer is initially applied and cured using ultraviolet (UV) light. This is followed by the application of a topcoat, which is again cured with UV light for added resilience. A subsequent cooling phase using cold water ensures the boards maintain their individuality, preventing any unwanted adhesion.

Cutting and Slotting: Simultaneous cutting and slotting techniques are employed, starting with the longitudinal edges before proceeding to the shorter sides, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in the manufacturing process.

Underlay Foam: To augment the floor's acoustic properties, an underlay foam is integrated. Among the options, IXPE (cross-linked polyethylene) foam is preferred due to its superior noise dampening capabilities compared to EVA (ethylene-vinyl acetate) foam. 

Packaging: The final touch involves carefully packaging the fragile SPC boards in robust outer boxes and securing them on pallets, guaranteeing their safe transportation and preservation from potential damage.

A4: The leading time is about 15 days after getting the deposit. And payment term is T/T, 30% deposit of total amount, 70% before delivery.

Q5: How can I get a sample to check your quality?

A5: On the case of quotation confirmation.Sample will be free of charge for customer approval, freight collect.

Q6: How long can I expect to get the sample?

A6:It depends on, normally 5 days~10 days (including mould making time). Samples will be shipped by DHL, FedEx, UPS, TNT or EMS,etc.
