Company Profile

Chiping Jingda Commerce and Trade Co.,Ltd was established in Oct.2013, specialized in manufacturing laminate flooring and SPC flooring. We are located in Liaocheng city, Shandong province, China.

Our factory covers an area of about 68,000 m² with more than 150 employees. We have 20 laminate flooring production lines and 10 SPC flooring production lines, the capacity is 100,0000 square meters monthly. We have 10 steps quality checking to ensure premium flooring and perfect after-sales service system. 

Production Process

1. Hot Pressing: The balancing paper, substrate, and decorative paper are arranged in sequence and pressed under high temperature and pressure. The U-groove laminate flooring pressing requires two steps, first pressing the balancing paper and substrate together, and then pressing them together with the decorative paper. After hot pressing, let the laminate flooring released for 1-2 days.

2. Cutting: Divide the large laminate board into small pieces of uniform size, trim the short edges first, and then cut it into small boards while trimming the long edges.

3. Released: After cutting, the laminate flooring needs to be further released; this stage usually lasts 2-6 days.

4. Slotting: The slotting process involves creating chamfers - first on the long edges, then on the short edges. After the slotting is completed, paint is applied to the board.

After painting, it must dry before wax can be sealed on all four edges to enhance waterproofing.

5. Packaging: The last step is packaging; the laminate flooring is placed in cartons, which can be packed in half boxes or full boxes, and then bulk or placed on pallets.

Packing and Shipping

Laminate flooring packaging is usually packed in cartons, which can be customized according to the minimum order quantity (MOQ). The cartons are then placed on pallets or loaded directly into containers.

There are two main container loading methods: bulk packaging and pallet packaging. Bulk packaging allows for higher capacity, while pallet packaging is easy to load and unload. For customers who only purchase flooring, a 20GP container is sufficient. However, if customers also purchase flooring accessories, a 40GP or 40HQ container is recommended.
