Qualified laminate flooring is made of one or more layers of special impregnated thermosetting amino resin.

Impregnated paper laminated wood flooring is a kind of floor which is impregnated with thermosetting amino resin by one or more layers of special paper and paved on the surface of wood-based panel substrates such as particleboard and high-density fiberboard, with a balanced moisture-proof layer on the back, a wear-resistant layer and a decorative layer on the front, and is hot-pressed and formed.

Chiping Jingda Commerce and Trade Co.,Ltd was established in Oct.2013, specialized in manufacturing laminate flooring and SPC flooring. We are located in Liaocheng city, Shandong province, China.

Our factory covers an area of about 68,000 m² with more than 150 employees. We have 20 laminate flooring production lines and 10 SPC flooring production lines, the capacity is 100,0000 square meters monthly. We have 10 steps quality checking to ensure premium flooring and perfect after-sales service system.

Production Process

1. Hot Pressing: Arrange the balance paper, substrate, and decorative paper in sequence, and apply high temperature and pressure for pressing. Notably, the U-groove laminate flooring requires a two-step pressing process, initially pressing the balance paper and substrate, followed by the addition and pressing of the decorative paper. Following hot pressing, the laminate must undergo a release period lasting 1-2 days.

2. Cutting: Divide the large laminate flooring sheets into smaller, uniformly sized pieces. Commence by trimming the short sides, subsequently cutting these short sides into smaller boards while simultaneously trimming the long sides.

3. Released: Post-cutting, the laminate flooring requires an additional released process, which takes approximately 2-6 days to complete.

4. Slotting: Slotting involves creating chamfers, initially on the long side and subsequently on the short side. Following slotting, the planks are painted, and after drying, the wax is applied to the four sides. Waxing enhances the laminate's water resistance.

5. Packaging: As the final step, the laminate flooring is packaged in paper boxes, available in half box or full box packaging options. The packaged flooring is then transported in bulk or arranged on pallets.

Packing and Shipping

Laminate flooring packaging is usually shipped in customized cartons, depending on the minimum order quantity (MOQ). The cartons are then placed on pallets or loaded directly into containers.

We offer two main container loading methods: bulk packaging has a larger capacity, and pallet packaging is more convenient for loading and unloading. For purchasing only flooring, a 20GP container is sufficient. However, if you also purchase flooring accessories, a 40GP or 40HQ container is recommended.
