Laminate flooring technology has dramatically improved over the past few years and it is becoming increasingly more difficult to distinguish laminate flooring from real natural wood and tile flooring. Laminate flooring is not just offered in wood plank designs, but also in a wide range of colors in realistic stone, slate and tile designs with grout lines. 

Chiping Jingda Commerce and Trade Co.,Ltd was established in Oct.2013, specialized in manufacturing laminate flooring and SPC flooring. We are located in Liaocheng city, Shandong province, China.

Our factory covers an area of about 68,000 square meters with more than 150 employees. We have 20 laminate flooring production lines and 10 SPC flooring production lines, the capacity is 1,000,000 square meters monthly.

Before proceeding directly to the installation process of the laminate flooring, you should first prepare the base of the floor, making it as flat and smooth as possible. However, if you intend to use a waterproof or vinyl laminate for the bathroom , you must additionally waterproof the screed. This will ensure the equipped floor as long as possible, as well as its attractive appearance.
Next, you should choose a special substrate, which, as a rule, is made of foamed polyethylene or natural cork. The first option - has the most attractive cost and is able to provide excellent indicators of heat and sound insulation, while it is resistant to high levels of humidity. 

The second option is used in residential premises with increased requirements for the environmental safety of the materials used, since this version of the substrate is made of environmentally friendly materials. It can be either an elite laminate for tiles or imitating art parquet, or its more common varieties that repeat the appearance of natural wood.

Laminate flooring is generally composed of four layers of composite materials,namely wear-resistant layer, decorative layer, high-density substrate layer, and balanced (moisture-proof) layer.
