Chiping Jingda Commerce and Trade Co.,Ltd was established in Oct.2013, specialized in manufacturing laminate flooring and SPC flooring. We are located in Liaocheng city, Shandong province, China.
Our factory covers an area of about 68,000 m2 with more than 150 employees. We have 20 laminate flooring production lines and 10 SPC flooring production lines, the capacity is 100,0000 square meters monthly. We have 10 steps quality checking to ensure premium flooring and perfect after-sales service system.
Production Process
1. Hot pressing: Put the balance paper, substrate, and decorative paper in order, and press them under high temperature and high pressure. The U-groove laminate flooring needs to be press twice, the balance paper and substrate are pressed once, and then add the decorative paper is pressed again. After hot pressing, the laminate needs to be released, which takes 1-2 days.
2. Cutting: Cut the large piece of laminate flooring into small pieces of equal size, trim the short sides first, then cut the short sides into small boards while trimming the long sides.
3. Released: After cutting, the laminate flooring needs to be cured again, and this process takes about 2-6 days
4. Slotting: Slotting is to make chamfers, first slotting the long side, then slotting the short side. After slotting, the planks needs to be painted,
After painting, it needs to be dried. After drying, it is time to seal the wax on the four sides. Waxing is to make the laminate more waterproof.
5. Packaging: The last step is packaging. Put the laminate flooring in a paper box, which can be half box packaging or full box packaging. Then put it in bulk or on a pallet.
Packing and Shipping
The laminate flooring package is carton box, the carton box including half box and full box, packing box can be customized based on the MOQ .And then put the boxes into the pallet or directly put into the container.
There are two main ways to load containers: Bulk Package and Pallet Package.
Bulk package can load more. Pallets package is easy for loading and unloading.
If customers only purchase flooring, it is enough to choose 20GP container. If customers purchase flooring and flooring accessories, it is usually to load 40GP or 40HQ.
