Chiping Jingda Commerce and Trade Co.,Ltd was established in Oct.2013, specialized in manufacturing laminate flooring and SPC flooring. We are located in Liaocheng city, Shandong province, China.

Our factory covers an area of about 68,000 m² with more than 150 employees. We have 20 laminate flooring production lines and 10 SPC flooring production lines, the capacity is 100,0000 square meters monthly. We have 10 steps quality checking to ensure premium flooring and perfect after-sales service system.

The SPC flooring consists of UV coating wear layer, printed film layer, SPC vinyl layer optional cork base EVA/IXPE

Production Process

1. Mixing: PVC powder and calcium carbonate are blended in a ratio of 1:3, with the simultaneous addition of a catalyst.

2. Extrusion: The wear-resistant layer, decorative paper, and freshly extruded SPC substrate are laminated under high temperature and pressure to produce elongated SPC boards, which are then cut into specified lengths. It is essential to allow these boards to rest for 1-2 days to achieve equilibrium with the external environment, minimizing deformation during subsequent slotting.

3. UV Coating: Initially, a primer is applied and cured using UV light; this is followed by the application of a topcoat that is also cured with UV light. Finally, cold water is used for cooling to prevent adhesion between the boards.

4. Cutting and Slotting: There is no separate cutting process; instead, cutting and slotting occur simultaneously—first along the long side followed by the short side.

5. Underlay Foam: The use of underlay foam enhances sound insulation properties for SPC boards. The base pad options include IXPE and EVA, with IXPE being superior in performance.

6. Packaging: The final step involves packaging; due to their brittleness, SPC boards require protective outer boxes and pallets to ensure safe transportation without damage.

Packing and Shipping

The SPC flooring package is carton box, and can be customized based on the minimum order quantity (MOQ). Usually we use pallet package to ensure safe handling.

For shipping, a 20-foot general purpose (20GP) container is suitable when customers only order flooring. If they also order flooring accessories, a 40-foot general purpose (40GP) or a 40-foot high cube (40HQ) container would be more appropriate to accommodate the additional items.
