This flooring is contemporary engineered flooring.The raw material is stone and polymer composite, and there is no woodland. Advanced printing technology supports 3D graphical visualization and 4K clarity for each film type. The wood pattern is also similar to real wood, with different colors and annual rings of the tree.

Luxury vinyl plank SPC flooring is made of calcium powder as the main raw material. Extruding sheets after high-temperature plasticized, coating color film decorative layer and wear-resistant layer by four-roll calendering, treated with water-cooled UV coating paint production line, luxury rigid core SPC flooring does not contain heavy metal formaldehyde with harmful substances, it's 100% formaldehyde-free environmentally friendly flooring.

There is a special high-tech transparent wear layer on SPC floor surface, its wear-resistant ability up to 8000rpm or more. The wear resistance of the laminate flooring is only 800-4000 rpm, which is more wear-resistant than traditional floor materials. The wear layer of the spc core vinyl plank can be used for 5-10 years depending on the thickness under normal conditions. Therefore, SPC core flooring has become more and more popular in hospitals, schools, office buildings, shopping malls, supermarkets, and transportation facilities where people flow is relatively large.

Chiping Jingda Commerce and Trade Co.,Ltd was established in Oct.2013, specialized in manufacturing laminate flooring and SPC flooring. We are located in Liaocheng city, Shandong province, China.

Our factory covers an area of about 68,000 m² with more than 150 employees. We have 20 laminate flooring production lines and 10 SPC flooring production lines, the capacity is 100,0000 square meters monthly. 1. UV Enhanced Coating

Treated with UV paint can effectively improve the floor's wear resistance, high temperature resistance, and anti- fouling performance.

2. Transparent Wear Layer

High coefficient wear layer can increase the service life of SPC flooring.

3. Printing Layer

Using high- definition digital imaging technology to scan and analyze the real wood texture at a macro distance, presenting the visual image of wood grain.

4. Substrate Balance Layer

Supporting the whole floor, and also have fire retardant performance with rate B1.

Application

SPC flooring can not only be used for indoor home decoration such as living room, dining room, bedroom, kitchen, bathroom, etc.; it can also be used in public places such as hotels, hospitals, and shopping malls.

Packing and Shipping

The SPC flooring package is provided in a carton box, which can be customized according to the minimum order quantity (MOQ). Subsequently, the boxes are placed onto pallets, ensuring safe loading and unloading.

If customers only purchase flooring, a 20GP container is sufficient. However, if customers acquire both flooring and accessories, it is typically advisable to use a 40GP or 40HQ container.
